Increasing the Scholarly Impact and Research Output at our College -
Sri Sarada College for Women, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on March 02,
2015.

Paper Submission

        It is a Joint Venture of All Disciplines. 
This one day long workshop will address research publication process, global research network, optimization of research publication, structuring of research publications, review and indexing process, methods of generating good publications, demonstration of global indexing databases, research networks and other citation and evaluation metrics. 
The program will have presentations by the participants followed by discussions. The workshop will also have exclusive session with interaction and discussions on ‘academic profiling with research publications and citation metrics’.There is no subject limited; however if the subject focus is more technical the technical comments will also be limited. The highly technical papers will be reviewed for merit, scholarliness, presentation and citations.
       The proposed workshop will be held at Sri Sarada College for Women, Tirunelveli. The participants can send their papers by February 25, 2015 which will be termed as ‘draft’ papers.. The papers will be reviewed by experts and their feedback will be passed to the participants during the workshop. Each presentation will also be reviewed during the workshop and the participants can prepare the final paper before March 31, 2015. The final papers as proceedings will be published with ISBN and ISSN during April. The best papers will be considered for journal publication.

         Prof P. Pichappan is a visiting faculty in China and UK; research publication consultant in many countries and editor for several international journals and conferences. His expertise inScientometrics coupled with research publications as editor/reviewer help him sharing them with participants and will be the main attraction of this programme. His style of illustrating the casestudies will provide participants enough ideas in identifying major issues in writing and reviewing of scientific papers. He is currently visiting professor in UK, China and Saudi Arabia and also work as consultant to Universities in the areas of research publications and impact studies.

  • 1.5 line space, Times new Roman font 12 size
  • Titles should be in bold, font size 14.
  • Sub Titles should be in bold, font size 13.
  • Author affiliation below the title should be in font size 10.
  • Abstract should have maximum 100 words
  • Maximum of 5 keywords.
  • Maximum 8 pages
  • References as per MLA.

Who Can Participate?

This program is mainly for young researchers, academicians and scientists from colleges, universities, research laboratories and scientific agencies. Interested administrators and librarians can also participate.
                    Time: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM (1 day)
